A bit About Me
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of strategy, creativity, technology, and experience, helping organizations navigate moments when markets, platforms, and customer expectations were changing faster than the old playbooks could keep up.
Over more than two decades, I’ve worked across digital transformation, brand and customer experience, innovation, and emerging technology. I’ve helped global organizations respond to major shifts including the rise of the internet, mobile, social platforms, immersive media, and now AI. Across those transitions, my focus has been less on novelty itself and more on what makes new products, systems, and experiences legible, credible, and adoptable in the real world.
Where I focus
I’ve always been most interested in the space between invention and adoption: where strategy meets behavior, where technology meets human experience, and where bold ideas either gain traction or quietly fall apart. My work often sits between disciplines because the most important challenges rarely belong to just one function.
Today, much of my thinking is centered on trust, credibility, and the design of digital experiences in an AI-shaped world. As synthetic content, automation, and algorithmic systems become more common, it is getting easier to simulate authority and harder to signal what is real, reliable, and worthy of confidence. That is one of the reasons I founded All Things Trust, a platform focused on how credibility is designed, evaluated, and reinforced across digital and AI powered systems.
How I work
I’m most useful when organizations are navigating change across business strategy, product and experience design, innovation, brand, and the practical implications of emerging technology. I help teams identify where new technology creates real value, how it should show up in products and experiences, and what it takes for people to trust and adopt it.
I’ve advised clients across finance, health, retail, media, and technology, always with an eye toward how shifts in culture, behavior, and systems reshape opportunity.
